Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Gaya
Kepemimpinan, Stres Kerja dan Motivasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan
Central Park Mal Jakarta. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah Gaya
Kepemimpinan, Stres Kerja dan Motivasi. Sedangkan variabel dependen adalah
Kepuasan Kerja.
Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Sample
yang diambil sebanyak 119 responden yakni karyawan dengan jabatan officer dan
supervisor yang sudah bekerja minimal satu tahun. Penentuan sample dengan
teknik sample jenuh.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (i) Gaya
Kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja; (ii) Stres
Kerja berpengaruh secara negatif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja; (iii) Motivasi
berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja; (iv) Gaya Kepemimpinan,
Stres Kerja dan Motivasi bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja;
(v) Gaya Kepemimpinan merupakan variabel dominan yang berpengaruh terhadap
Kepuasan Kerja.
